Cancellation/Transfer Policy

If you have entered and are unable to make the race anymore, we are happy to offer the below options,

You can transfer to the same event in 2025 for no charge up until midnight 22/3/24, after this an admin fee of $20 will apply.
You can transfer to a friend/different person for 10% fee of the total entry
If you want to fully cancel the entry or refund, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply. This is only available until 18th March 2023, it will then become non-refundable.
